✅ Work with the interior design team to develop design solutions
✅ Must have knowledge of architecture works and design methodologies
✅ Research concepts and materials to support the design team on technical issues influencing concept development
✅ Work within timely schedules to coordinate the completion of tasks through to final project completion
✅ Conduct on-site observations and provide recommendations to help streamline ongoing design projects
✅ Prepare and participate in client presentations
✅ Select fabric, furniture, materials, décor, and finishes while keeping within budget
✅ Should have a strong design sensibility and the technical ability to develop a project from concept to execution
✅ Plan, design, and furnish interiors of residential, commercial, or industrial buildings
✅ Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and false ceiling
✅ Coordinate with clients to understand design intent and scope of work
✅ Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp (+ V-Ray rendering), Photoshop, Enscape, 3ds Max
✅ Good knowledge of working drawings
✅ Ability to make layout plans, furniture detailing, reflected ceiling plans, electrical plans, elevations, and sections
✅ Formulate designs that are practical, aesthetic, and conducive to intended purposes such as raising productivity or improving lifestyle
✅ Manage the development of design successfully from one phase to the next, without compromise to quality, budget, or schedule

Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications :
✅ Certificate/Diploma in Interior Design
✅ 2–8 years of experience in Interior Designing

✅ Possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability, and originality
✅ Demonstrable design skills with a strong portfolio
