Warranty is valid only if Lifeasy Interiors has supplied the complete product using branded materials. The warranty is not applicable where only labour/job work is involved.
Modular Kitchens & Wardrobes: 1-year service warranty and up to 7 years warranty on base material, hardware, appliances & accessories (as per OEM terms in the quotation).
Other Modular Furniture / Home Décor / Home Improvement Products: 1-year warranty only.
Home Improvement Services (e.g., Tiles, False Ceiling, Painting, etc.): 1-year warranty only.
Service Visits: Two free visits in the first year. Additional visits are chargeable.
100% payment must be completed as per the Purchase Order.
Product must be maintained and used for normal domestic use.
Product must remain with the original purchaser and at the original installation location.
Labour, installation, or transportation costs.
Third-party items (e.g., countertops, plumbing, electrical fixtures).
Damage from misuse, harsh chemicals, or improper cleaning.
Normal wear and tear (e.g., dents, scratches, abrasions).
Rusting of hardware and metallic parts due to sprays/chemicals.
Fading, discoloration, texture changes due to sunlight or moisture.
Water damage or seepage-related issues.
Wear and tear on upholstery products like sofas and beds.
Natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, etc.)
Acts of God, vandalism, customer negligence.
Environmental contamination, mould, mildew, solvent exposure.
Staining from foreign substances like oils, grease, dirt.
Surface defects due to previous coatings or faulty structure.
Customers must notify Lifeasy Interiors within 10 days of identifying any defect. Delay beyond this period voids the warranty.
No warranty for third-party materials or labour-only jobs.
Replacements are based on current product availability; discontinued items will be replaced with the closest alternative.
Repair/replacement decisions lie solely with Lifeasy Interiors after inspection.
Warranty claims will be resolved within 30 days of registration.
Lifeasy is not responsible for losses or delays beyond product value.
Inspections must be allowed before tampering with the product.
Additional work or parts beyond the scope of defect are chargeable.
Dismantling, relocation, or reassembly is chargeable.
No other warranties are expressed or implied beyond this document.
