Cancellation and Refund policy

At Lifeasy Interior, we prioritize client satisfaction across all design and execution stages. We understand cancellations may arise, and we are committed to resolving them fairly and promptly. Please review the policy below to understand your refund rights and responsibilities.

 Refund Eligibility by Project Phase

✅ Design in ProgressAfter 48 hours but before design work starts✅ 5% of project value deducted as design and marketing cost; balance refunded
✅ Design Phase or Site VisitAfter 1 week or post design/site visit (whichever is earlier)✅ Booking amount or 10% of project value (whichever is higher) deducted
✅ Site Work StartedOnce on-site or factory work has started✅ No refund. Full project balance must be paid if wooden work is in progress
Refund Conditions

✅ Cancellation request must fall within eligible timeframe
✅ Complete documentation (invoices, communication, etc.) must be provided
✅ Any initiated or completed work (design/site/factory) is non-refundable


Non-Refundable Items

✅ Wooden work started in factory or on-site
✅ Designs already initiated or post-site visits
✅ Fully delivered or executed services/products


Cancellation & Refund Process

✅ Send written cancellation to accounts@lifeasy.in with project details and reason
✅ Provide reference number and supporting documents if needed
✅ Refunds processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method


Note: Lifeasy Interior reserves the right to assess the stage of project execution when a cancellation request is received. Refunds are not applicable once critical work has begun.
