✅ Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery or installation of the product

Conditions for Return Approval

✅ The product must be in its original condition, unused, and unaltered
✅ Photographs, videos, or documents clearly showing the defect or issue must be provided
✅ Original receipts or proof of purchase must be submitted with the return request

Non-Returnable Products or Services

❌ Custom-made furniture and cabinetry
❌ Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or unauthorized alterations
❌ Services that have been fully completed or executed, such as:
– Design consultation
– On-site work
– Personalized services


Return Request Process
1. Initiating a Return

✅ Notify Lifeasy Interior of the issue via email or call within 7 days of delivery or installation
✅ Provide clear details and supporting evidence (photos/videos) of the issue

2. Return Approval

✅ Lifeasy Interior will review and assess the return request
✅ Upon approval, the resolution process will begin — via repair or refund

3. Return Shipment

✅ For eligible items, Lifeasy Interior may arrange pick-up or guide you on how to return the item
✅ Any shipping or handling costs (if applicable) will be communicated in advance

4. Refund Process

✅ Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
✅ The amount will be credited to the original method of payment
